Last updated October 26, 2026. Fits for Roblox is an app for Roblox players: daily codes, free items, game pages, outfits ("fits"), price alerts and friends. Fits for Roblox is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Item and game images belong to their creators. This page explains what Fits for Roblox keeps, why, for how long, and who else sees it. It covers the Fits for Roblox app, our server, and our Fits game on Roblox, for players everywhere Fits for Roblox is offered. If something isn't on this page, we don't keep it. Fits for Roblox is run by Dilly Entertainment Inc, One Austin Avenue #104, Greenville, RI 02828, USA, +1 401 702 2538, email support@beatrots.gg. That company is the "controller" of your data under European and UK law.
Your email address, real name, photo, phone number, birth date, home address, your Roblox username or Roblox user id on our server, your advertising id, contacts or precise location. We don't store full IP addresses: our logs keep only a two-letter country code. The one exception is daily challenge votes (see "What we keep"). Google's Firebase tools use a random installation id for app settings and crash reports; it isn't linked to your Fits for Roblox account. If you sign in with email, we use your address only to send you a code and keep a scrambled version of it, never the address itself (see below).
If you add your Roblox username in Me → Owned, your phone looks it up directly on Roblox to show what you wear and own and what it's worth. That username, its Roblox id and those prices are kept only on your phone and are never sent to Fits for Roblox. Unlink, log out or delete your account to remove them. They are also removed if your phone or Google Play says you're under 13.
You can share a fit through your phone's share sheet, signed in or not. The app makes the picture on your phone, and it goes only where you send it, not to us. The share can include a link (roblox.beatrots.gg/f/ followed by the fit's own id) that opens that fit in the Fits for Roblox app or the Fits game. The link doesn't contain your account id. For a guest fit, the picture and the link's preview say "Guest Account" and nothing else about who made it. For a signed-in player's public fit, the picture and preview show your public name, and in the app people can tap from the fit to your public profile (a teen's profile only opens for signed-in players 13 or over). If your profile is private, the picture and preview don't show your name. If someone installs Fits for Roblox from a shared link, Google Play passes the fit link to the app.
Fits is our try-on game on Roblox. On this page we call it "the Fits game" to keep it apart from the Fits for Roblox app. Inside Roblox, the Fits game saves your outfits on Roblox's servers under your Roblox user id, and uses your user id to show your avatar and to run Roblox's text filter. Those saved outfits stay in Roblox and are not sent to our server. Saved outfits are deleted 3 years after your last visit.
When the Fits game talks to our server it never sends your Roblox user id, username or display name. It sends a try-on code from the Fits for Roblox app (which links the game session to your Fits for Roblox account and works once, for 24 hours), reports about a fit, its creator or its caption, fits you post from the game (see "Posting fits from the Fits game"), and, for Real pic, one outfit id (see "What we keep").
Players can post a fit to the feed from inside the Fits game, with or without the app. Here is what that involves:
Posts made in the Fits game are always credited "Guest Account" on our side, with no name or profile, and can be shown in the Fits game's feed and in the Fits for Roblox app. Any player can report a fit, its creator or its caption. A post made in the Fits game can be deleted from the game, and erasing a player's Fits game data deletes all of their posts. You can also email us.
Fits for Roblox is for players of all ages, but players under 13 can use it only as a guest: they can't sign in or create an account. Because every player under 13 is a guest, these protections apply to them:
We don't ask children for more information than the app needs. Because children use Fits for Roblox only as guests and we use their data only to run the app (see "Ids that also apply to guests"), we don't ask for a parent's consent. A parent can delete a child's guest data at any time (see "Deleting your account"), or contact us to ask what we hold, to delete it, or to stop us collecting more. A parent can also ask us to see or delete a child's purchase records. We delete them, except the basic purchase record we must keep by law (see "Fit Crew and Remove Ads"). Before we act on a parent's request, we may ask for information to confirm that you are the child's parent.
Fits for Roblox shows ads through Google Ad Manager. There are four kinds: a banner or a native card (banners on the Today and Games screens, and a labelled "Ad" card in the fits deck), a full-screen interstitial, a rewarded ad you choose to watch, and an ad-free pass (watch a rewarded ad and skip ads for an hour). Every ad request is child-directed and non-personalized, with content limited to a G rating. The app doesn't use your advertising id. Google's ad tools still receive basic device information, such as your IP address and device type, to show and count ads. There are no ads during setup, in the Fit Builder, at sign-in or in Settings. If you have Fit Crew or Remove Ads, the app shows no ads at all, including rewarded ads; anything that would need a rewarded ad works without one.
You can buy Fit Crew (a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) and Remove Ads in the Fits for Roblox app. Players of any age can buy them, including guests and players under 13. Google Play handles the payment and your payment details. We never see your card or other payment details.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases. The app makes a random app user id for RevenueCat and keeps it on your phone. It is never your Roblox id, name or email. RevenueCat gets that id, Google tells RevenueCat about your purchase and whether your subscription is active, and RevenueCat's tools also receive basic device and app information, such as your IP address, device type and app version. RevenueCat then tells our server, and we keep:
We never store RevenueCat's full message, only these details. They are linked to the account you're using when you buy, whether that's a guest account or a signed-in account. If a guest signs up, the purchases stay with the account. If a guest signs in to an account that already exists, the purchases move over to that account.
When your account is deleted (by you, or because a guest account went unused), we delete what you've unlocked and the link between your purchases and you. We keep a basic record of each purchase or refund: the order or transaction id, the product, the price, the currency, the purchase, refund and end dates, and the country. That record doesn't include your account id, the app user id or anything else about you. We keep it for as long as tax, accounting and refund laws require, and then we delete it. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
| Who | What for | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | runs our server; stores Real pic pictures and the encrypted Real pic queue | everything above passes through it |
| Neon | hosts our database | the data listed under "What we keep" |
| Google (Firebase) | notifications, app settings, crash reports | your notification token and the notification text; for app settings, a random installation id and the app version; for crash reports, the crash details, your device model and system version and that installation id, never your account |
| Google and Apple (sign-in) | only if you choose to sign in (13 and over) | Google or Apple checks your sign-in; we receive a signed token and keep only the scrambled code above. The web deletion page loads Google's and Apple's sign-in scripts, so they see that visitor's browser. |
| Resend | sends email sign-in and account-deletion codes | your email address and the code, to deliver the email; only after a 13+ age group is recorded |
| Google Play | install referrer for friend invites and shared fit links; payments for Fit Crew and Remove Ads | the invite code or fit link inside the link, which Google Play passes to the app when Fits for Roblox is installed from it; for purchases, Google handles payment and your payment details, which we never see |
| Google Ad Manager | the ads described above (banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and the ad-free hour) | every ad request is child-directed and non-personalized, with content limited to a G rating; basic device information such as IP address and device type |
| RevenueCat | manages Fit Crew and Remove Ads purchases | a random app user id made by the app (never a Roblox id), purchase and subscription status from Google Play, and basic device and app information such as IP address, device type and app version |
| PostHog | usage counts, not linked to your account, so we can improve Fits for Roblox | events like "code copied" or "purchase completed" with a random id; no account id, no age, and no location lookup |
| Roblox | public catalog and game information; the Fits game runs on Roblox | our server asks only for public item and game details, plus one outfit picture for Real pic; your phone loads pictures straight from Roblox and, if you add your Roblox username, looks up your own items on Roblox directly; Roblox stores the Fits game's saved outfits (see "The Fits game on Roblox") |
We don't sell or rent data, and we don't share it for advertising, including the data of anyone under 16.
This list is our written data retention policy. A nightly job on our server deletes each kind of data it holds when its time is up. Database backups, logs, usage counts, crash reports and the Fits game's saved outfits are deleted on the schedules above by the services that hold them.
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account (this works for guests too). Without the app, if you signed in with Google, Apple or email: delete your account on the web. Your account closes at once, everything linked to it is erased within 48 hours (except the basic purchase record described in "Fit Crew and Remove Ads"), and it is gone from our database backups 7 days after that.
Email us at support@beatrots.gg. Quote the support code from Me → Settings so we can find your account without any personal details. Parents can use the same address.
Who is responsible: Dilly Entertainment Inc, One Austin Avenue #104, Greenville, RI 02828, USA, is the controller.
Why we're allowed to use your data (legal basis):
| Use | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Running Fits for Roblox and the features you choose: your account or guest account, fits, likes, follows, friends, sign-in, sharing and deletion | Contract: we need it to provide the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). |
| Keeping Fits for Roblox safe: rate limits, the daily network code on challenge votes, logs, moderation, reports and staff records | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): stopping abuse and keeping players, many of them children, safe. |
| Usage counts (PostHog) and crash reports (Firebase) | Legitimate interests: fixing and improving the app. |
| Fit Crew and Remove Ads purchases: unlocking what you bought, purchase and subscription status, billing events | Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). The basic purchase record we keep after account deletion: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), for tax, accounting and refund records. |
| Non-personalized ads (Google Ad Manager) | Legitimate interests: keeping Fits for Roblox free. |
| Notifications, Real pic and email sign-in | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by turning the feature off or deleting your account. |
Age of digital consent: where we rely on consent, your country sets the age at which you can give it yourself. In the EU it is between 13 and 16 depending on the country; in the UK it is 13. Below that age a parent must consent. Fits for Roblox doesn't check your country's age, so if you're below it, ask a parent before you turn on notifications, use Real pic or sign in with email.
Your rights: you can ask to see your data (Art. 15), correct it (Art. 16), delete it (Art. 17), limit how we use it (Art. 18), get a copy in a usable format (Art. 20), and object to uses based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right not to be subject to a decision made only by automated means that has legal or similarly serious effects on you (Art. 22). To use these rights, email support@beatrots.gg with your support code.
Complaints: you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Transfers outside your country: our providers (Cloudflare, Neon, Google, Apple, PostHog, Resend and RevenueCat) may process data in the United States and other countries. We protect those transfers with Standard Contractual Clauses.
Players 13 to 17 in the UK: your profile starts private, as the UK Children's Code expects. We work out that you're in the UK from the country of your internet connection and don't store it. Only signed-in players 13 or over can see a teen's profile.
California: we don't sell or share personal information, including that of anyone under 16. California residents can ask to know, delete or correct the personal information we hold, using the contact above, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
When this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and tell players in the app.
